Some people have time for work on the ground. Others have knowledge, or the will to see an idea through. Volunteering would match that with work the village really needs.

Tell us your idea and the time you can offer. Before work begins, the role, preparation and person responsible need to be agreed.
How to take part

You can be interested in a subject without knowing which contribution would suit you. Say that plainly. Give one example of something you enjoy doing, or a skill you would like to discuss, then state how much time you can realistically consider.
Before agreeing to any activity, ask who would explain the work, what preparation it requires and whom to contact with a practical question. Include any limits that would affect your participation. Keep the reply beside your original enquiry so you can see what has been answered and what still needs discussion.
